Responsibilities
  • Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are prepared according to established recipes and standards.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system, including Micros POS, for processing customer transactions efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas, following food safety guidelines.
  • Support serving staff during busy periods by assisting with food delivery and upselling menu items.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages to management.
