YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Experience with Human Centred Design / Design thinking
• Experience of meeting management and workshop facilitation (as a co-facilitator) both online and in person
• Experience of project management tools and techniques (Trello, Notion, Mural, Figma etc)
• Experience of customer journey mapping and creation
• Experience of innovation storytelling and concept development
• Understanding of business cases & growth strategies
