Job Description As a Senior Officer in AIFM Portfolio Management, you will play a crucial role in safeguarding portfolio integrity and ensuring regulatory compliance across our investment operations. You will serve as a key liaison between portfolio management, external delegates, and regulatory bodies, providing expert oversight and strategic recommendations. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the highest standards of governance and risk management within our organisation. What you'll do: You'll conduct comprehensive due diligence assessments on new and existing investments, evaluating investment quality, risk profiles, and alignment with fund mandates and regulatory requirements You'll monitor the performance and compliance activities of external managers and advisors, reviewing their adherence to agreed-upon investment strategies and operational standards. You'll ensure all portfolio management activities comply with Luxembourg regulatory frameworks and internal governance policies, documenting findings and maintaining audit trails You'll escalate identified risks, compliance breaches, and material findings to senior management and relevant stakeholders in a timely manner, with clear recommendations for remedial action. You have at least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role within a management company or AIFM in Luxembourg. You possess excellent knowledge of the Luxembourg regulatory environment for investment funds. You bring experience in portfolio review and collaboration with investment managers. You are fluent in English, with additional languages considered an asset, and have exposure to working with third-party delegates and service providers.
