職務目的（Job Purpose）上位者の指導のもとで、保険負債の評価や数理分析の実務を習得し、会社の財務健全性評価やリスク管理に貢献する。そして、将来的には、アクチュアリーとして独立して数理業務を担えるよう、専門知識と分析スキルを着実に身につける。職責（Job Responsibilities） 1. 保険負債評価業務のサポート決算業務における責任準備金の算出補助各種経理計算のためのデータ整理・加工および検証分析結果の集計および報告書作成補助 2. リスク管理・経営分析支援 ESR関連の数理業務補助経営計画、資本政策に関する数理的分析やレポート作成の補助 3. 学習・資格取得への取組アクチュアリー試験の受験保険数理・会計・リスク管理などの知識習得主要な関係先（Key Relationships）内部関係先(AIG組織内) 商品数理部、保険計理人ファイナンス部門（経理部、財務企画部）リスク管理、損害サービス・オペレーション、システム、再保険部門外部関係先(AIG組織外) 日本アクチュアリー会金融庁などの監督機関業界団体必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）最終学歴学士号または同等の学位スキル/知識/能力/資格【資格】アクチュアリー資格に興味がある方日本アクチュアリー会科目合格者（尚可）【スキル】 ExcelなどのPCスキル基礎的な数理または会計知識・統計分析力ビジネスレベルの英語があれば尚可【性格/気質】チームワークが求められるため協調性を重視上位者の指示に基づく数理業務を正確・迅速に遂行できる方学習意欲がある方業務経験保険業界あるいは金融業界での実務経験（尚可） ※グレードは資格、経験などにより16もしくは18で決定する At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office. Responsibilities

Support the evaluation of insurance liabilities and assist in financial reporting tasks. Contribute to risk management and business analysis through mathematical support and reporting.
