職務目的（Job Purpose）担当地区において、上席者の管理・監督の下で「基幹商品New Property Guard」を中心とした推進および引受業務を通じて、収益性の最大化を図りながら企業財物保険ラインのプロダクション予算達成に責任を持つ職責（Job Responsibilities）担当地区（当面は東京駐在にて首都圏地区担当。）の企業財物保険ラインのプロダクション予算達成に責任を持ち、そのために営業本部・他ラインと連携し、担当地区のマーケット・チャネルの状況に応じた「基幹商品New Property Guard」の販促計画（契約保全含む）を企画立案し、実行する主に営業社員・担当チャネル向けの「基幹商品”New Property Guard”」販売トレーニングを行い、特に重点代理店については個々の代理店の”New Property Guard”販売計画・トレーニングにも関与する担当地区において企業財物保険ラインの情宣活動を行い（成約事例紹介・売れ筋情報や業務関連情報等の提供。資料作成含む）、そのためにマーケット情報・他社動向を含めた情報収集を行う企業財物保険種目のうち引受権限を有するものにつき担当地区の基本的な保険引受業務を行い、引受権限を有しないものまたは難度の高い事案については上席または関連するプロダクションアンダーライターと連携して対応し、担当地区の収益性を確保する主要な関係先（Key Relationships）内部関係先 (AIG組織内) ディストリビューション(営業)部門商品部門他ライン損害サービス部門オペレーション部門、データ分析部門外部関係先 (AIG組織外) 代理店 ICA/PCA/直販社員必要とされるスキル・経験（Required Skills and Experiences）最終学歴学士号または同等の学位スキル/知識/能力/資格/免許コミュニケーションスキル、プレゼンテーションスキル、論理的説明能力資料作成能力・文章力ビジネスレベル英語（望ましい）自発的・積極的でマーケット・顧客志向のある方業務経験（歓迎要件）最低5年の社会人経験保険業界における営業部門、研修部門、商品部門、損害サービス部門での業務経験が望ましい(企業財物ラインの経験があれば尚可) 全国転勤可であれば尚可 ※グレードは、スキル・経験によってG20~21で決定 At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
