This role requires the successful candidate to maintain a Working with Children Check The successful candidate can apply for the WWCC as part of the onboarding process. Responsibilities
  • Support Key Governance Committees: Manage meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure efficient follow-up for the AIID Project Steering Committee, Project Control Committee, and Principal’s Project Meeting.
  • Facilitate Project Reporting: Assist in preparing briefings and reports for University governance committees and State reporting obligations, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
  • Maintain Project Documentation: Ensure proper maintenance, distribution, and retention of project documents, including governance records and milestone reports.
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Offer guidance on project activities and University policies, supporting the implementation of governance decisions and project deliverables.
