Description

What you do: You will drive the overall strategy for the exchange traded fund business. Working with a degree of independence and discretion, you will help the development, alignment, and implementation of our short and long-term strategy and continuous refresh activities through recurring monitoring of the ETF ecosystem. You will work across operating entities such as the investment team, distribution and marketing, and external partners bringing together insights from the market, the field, industry trends and business growth priorities to form a comprehensive and holistic strategy for the ETF organization. You will report to the AIM VP – ETF Strategy. ETF Research and Strategy: You will be responsible for helping the firm develop content and insightful commentary on ETF market trends, analyzing volume and flow trends as it relates to macro developments, and developing views on important ETF ecosystem issues for internal and external purposes. Assist in the development and maintenance of marketing materials for all ETF product offerings such as client-facing playbooks, thought leadership pieces, and general messaging for defined outcome ETFs. Product: Work with investment team to ensure the ETF products are aligned with our investment philosophy and strategy. Create regular processes for monitoring product performance and work on all product enhancements and/or changes that impact product quality and communicate the status of projects to senior management and internal partners. Marketing Strategy and Execution: Collaborate with ETF marketing team and important partners for integrated approach to reach and retain financial professionals using print, digital, email, social, website and webinars. Distribution Support: Partner with our Allianz ETF sales team to develop product specific content and support on going sales and marketing efforts. You will work with sales people and clients to deliver ETF implementation ideas and serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on the firm's ETF lineup and portfolio applications across various market environments. Utilization of artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g. generative AI). What you bring: · 8+ years of experience: Must have strong knowledge of asset management; financial markets and competitive landscape; product performance and investment management philosophy. · Experience in strategy development and project management, triaging and prioritizing actions based on business need and impact. · Demonstrated success building relationships cross-functionally and at all organization levels, including senior and executive level leadership. · Understanding of SEC/FINRA rules. · Four year degree required: BA/BS degree is required, preferably in Finance, Economics, or similar field. · You must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. and will not require immigration sponsorship for visa status now or in the future (e.g. H1-B, L-1, TN, etc). If you are currently on CPT/OPT, you are ineligible due to the need for future immigration sponsorship. Base Salary Range: $98,000 - $191,000 Actual base salary may vary based upon factors such as relevant experience, qualifications, internal equity of peers, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for an annual incentive program.
