Ladybird Lane is seeking an enthusiastic AIM (Access and Inclusion Model) Support Worker to join our morning class (09:00–12:00, Monday–Friday ECCE term time only).

The successful candidate will:

• Hold a minimum QQI Level 5 in Early Childhood Care & Education
• Have a genuine love of working with children
• Be flexible and work well as part of a small, supportive team
• Provide in-class support to a child with additional needs while also assisting with the children and team in the class.
