QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience as an Air Compressor Technician or in a related mechanical/electrical trade
• Strong knowledge of air compressor systems (rotary screw, piston, etc.)
• Ability to diagnose and repair both mechanical and electrical issues
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (for field service roles)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Lockout/Tagout) considered an asset

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Air Compressor Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressors and related equipment. This role requires strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Install, maintain, and repair air compressors, pumps, dryers, and related pneumatic equipment
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary troubleshooting
• Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and performance testing
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams
• Ensure all work complies with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and safety regulations
• Maintain accurate service records and complete work orders in a timely manner
• Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with clients regarding repairs and maintenance needs
