JOB DESCRIPTION – AIR CONDITIONING ENGINEER

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Recognised Air Conditioning qualifications; minimum NVQ Level 2 / OR time served AC Experience within FM industry.
  • Valid F-Gas certification.
  • Minimum 3 years post qualification experience
  • Ability to understand older and new A/C systems.
  • Candidates with experience in a similar role within a maintenance environment will be given preference.

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

An exciting opportunity has arisen with DMA Group for a mobile Air Conditioning Engineers to join our HVAC team, working throughout London (within M25).

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Air Conditioning Engineer will be responsible for service, routine maintenance, fault finding and repair, across a wide range of HVAC systems in a variety of commercial settings. The Engineer will be familiar with Mitsubishi, Daikin, LG, Toshiba and Fujitsu equipment.

As an Air Conditioning Engineer, duties will include but may not be limited to:

  • Carrying out servicing and preventive maintenance works on all air conditioning/refrigeration equipment, as required.
  • Reactive maintenance, electrical diagnostics and repairs of HVAC systems.
  • Identifying of faults and raising of quotes for the relevant repair work.
  • Providing support to clients to resolve technical issues.
  • Ensuring the customer is updated with the status of outstanding and completed works.
  • Building strong relationships and working alongside maintenance team, on site.
  • Efficient completion and logging of job sheets using our in house system.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation with a confident, professional and welcoming personality.
