The Role
You’ll be responsible for the installation, servicing, and repair of air conditioning systems in both domestic and light commercial properties. From clean installs to clever fault-finding, you’ll help ensure our customers stay comfortable all year round — while upholding the high standards we’re known for.
As well as basic knowledge of wet central heating systems, with the view to learning more from our current team. (Such as changing a pump or a 3 port valve on a heating system)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems (split, multi-split, and VRF/VRV)
• Carry out diagnostics and fault-finding
• Complete planned preventative maintenance and respond to emergency call-outs
• Ensure work complies with F-Gas, health & safety, and industry standards
• Communicate clearly with customers and represent the Upsher brand with professionalism and a smile
• In the winter, you’ll be assisting the plumbing and heating team.

What You’ll Need

• At least 2 years of experience working with air conditioning systems
• F-Gas Category 1 certification (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• A solid understanding of HVAC principles and equipment
• The ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Have the capacity to be able to learn basic fault finding skills for heating systems From our current team.

Nice to Have (but not essential)

• Experience working with Daikin, Mitsubishi, or Worcester Bosch units
• Electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition)
• Heat pump and ventilation experience

Pay: Up to £46,817.82 per year
