DESIRED SKILLSET AND CHARACTERISTICS:

· Diploma in air conditioning and refrigeration or equivalent
· Category 1 F Gas qualification or equivalent
· Full driving licence
· Ability to collaborate effectively with both the engineering team and office team
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
· Good attention to detail
· High level of self-motivation
· Ability to utilise manufacturers service software
· A sound understanding of data and how it is used.
· Ability to work on other types of equipment such as chillers, AHUs and refrigeration is desirable.

Pay: £45,000.00-£55,000.00 per year

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

As Service Engineer, this role will work with the wider engineering team on a variety of HVAC projects and will actively contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of equipment operation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work independently across split/multi split systems, DX and CW FCUs
• Compile dilapidation reports
• Complete works on VRV and VRF condensers and CRAC units independently
• Carry out PPM visits and repair works.
• Complete advanced fault finding
• Ensure accurate reports of work are on time and to a high standard.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies.
• Develop understanding Health and Safety regulations
