Ali & Sons Oilfield Services (ASOS) is looking for motivated and safety-conscious individuals to join our Upstream Division in Abu Dhabi as Field Operator – Trainee. This is your chance to gain hands-on experience, work with industry professionals, and build a strong foundation in field operations. Key Responsibilities • Assist in rig-up and rig-down operations both at the base and at the rig site. • Support in equipment preparation, cleaning, commissioning, and maintenance. • Participate in pressure testing and field operations under supervision. • Help with job preparation and ensure all assigned tasks are executed safely and efficiently. • Assist with travel and transportation arrangements to and from the site as instructed. • Maintain accurate inventory records and report updates to the Supervisor. • Follow all safety regulations, wear appropriate PPE, and actively participate in safety meetings. • Report potential operational or safety concerns promptly to the Supervisor. • Carry out additional duties as assigned by the Operator, Senior Operator, or Operations Manager. Requirements • Education: Minimum High School Diploma; BSc Certificate preferred. • Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. • Languages: Basic communication skills in English and Arabic. • Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy. • Other: Valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
