Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Air Duct Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for completing service visits to install sealant in customers' homes. This is a service position focused on executing presold work with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and delivering 5-star service. Aeroseal is a patented technology designed to seal leaks in air ducts from the inside. This innovative process involves injecting a sealant into the ductwork, which travels through the ducts and adheres to the edges of any leaks, effectively sealing them. Benefits: Compensation $23.00 - $24.00 per hour DOE Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 AM start time. Get paid weekly! Every Friday is payday! 75% paid medical premiums including dental, vision and life insurance for you AND 50% for your family. Key Responsibilities: Perform Aeroseal services in residential homes by getting into crawl space, attics, etc. Ensure all work is completed accurately, efficiently, and to the highest standards of cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service, maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor at all times. Communicate effectively with customers to explain the Aeroseal process and address any questions or concerns. Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Complete service reports and documentation accurately and promptly. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed. Minimum of 2+ years of customer service and/or sales experience. Ability to drive and operate a vehicle and machinery.
