Salary: £66,500+ depending on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• As ERP Service Owner you will be a member of the ERP management team leading and owning production support activities and responsibilities
• Spearhead continuous improvement initiatives within ERP application services, focusing on enhancing efficiency, user experience, and overall service delivery
• Manage and optimise the performance ERP applications, with a focus on providing excellent application services that span multiple geographiocal locations
• Lead a team of IT professionals, with focused specialisms, to ensure effective support and continuous improvement of ERP applications
• Collaborate closely with Air functional teams to align application services with evolving business requirements
• Develop and implement IT service strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of ERP application services
• Ensure compliance with security standards and implement measures to safeguard data
• Provide technical guidance and support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions
• Maintain hosting capabilities that underpin the delivery of application services
• Highlight obsolescence relating to ERP, Hosting and Software and advise on the remediation

The team:
In the role you will Lead the operational management of the ERP applications used within the Air Sector. This encompasses overseeing performance, optimising application functionality, highlighting and addressing obsolescence, and providing strategic direction for application-related services provided out of the ERP Product Group. Responsible for a team of circa 15 – 30 individuals.
