THE ROLE

As an Air Export Agent, you ensure the seamless handling of air freight shipments from A to Z. At Expeditors, one of America’s top 250 companies and a globally leading logistics provider, you will work in a highly organized environment where every detail counts. Processes, systems, customer contact, and compliance are all arranged down to the finest detail.
You will coordinate efficiently with customers, airlines, and internal teams to make sure every shipment departs perfectly and on time. No mistakes, no surprises. We serve innovative, international customers who expect logistics at Champions League level and you will deliver that, every single day.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing the complete air export process, including airline bookings and preparing transport documents.
• Preparing customs documentation and ensuring compliance with international laws and regulations.
• Maintaining contact with customers, carriers, and airlines to guarantee smooth shipment handling.
• Proactively solving delays or other challenges while keeping a cool head.
• Processing invoices, transport documents, and reports to maintain accurate administration.
