Your tasks:

• Independent handling of air freight shipments - from order acceptance to delivery
• Review of shipping documents as well as organization and coordination of national and international transports
• Execution of export customs clearance and preparation of all relevant transport documents
• Competent support and advice for our customers throughout the entire shipping process.
• Communication and coordination with airlines, partners and service providers at home and abroad
• Handling complaints and ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Preparation of offers and ad-hoc calculations
• Execution of billing, cost recording and invoice control
