OUR CLIENT IS AN MNC COMPANY IN THE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY. DUE TO THEIR CURRENT EXPANSION PLAN, THEY ARE LOOKING FOR AN AIR FREIGHT EXECUTIVE TO JOIN THEIR TEAM, IN HOPES OF DEVELOPING THE CURRENT HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE EAST.

Position: Air Freight Executive, Key Account ( 12-month contract role. This position may be converted to a permanent role based on performance)
Location: Changi Area

Working Hours: 5.25 days per week (alternate Saturdays)

• Mon – Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:50 PM
• Alternate Sat: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manage and coordinate import/export shipments for key accounts.
• Ensure smooth, SOP-compliant operations and resolve any service issues promptly.
• Liaise closely with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate shipment execution.
• Prepare KPI reports and participate in review meetings when required.
• Monitor customer payments and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and address complaints professionally.

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other related fields
• Knowledge of air freight operations
• Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and address urgent issues when needed.
