Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in air freight operations or customer service
Knowledge of air freight documentation, systems and regulations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or related field
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Customer-focused approach with excellent service orientation
Adaptability to a fast-paced environment
Team player with good interpersonal skills
