REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or other relevant disciplines.
• Prior experience or knowledge in air freight operations
• Collaborative team player with a positive and adaptable attitude.
• Strong attention to detail with good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive, self-driven, and able to contribute to process improvements.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-volume environment while maintaining safety and quality standards.
• Flexible to attend to operational matters beyond standard working hours when necessary.

• Handle Aircraft on Ground (AOG) shipment requests for both imports and exports, received through ATOL or email.
• Oversee the export process once cargo readiness is confirmed.
• Work closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth coordination.
• Communicate with customers and overseas offices via phone and email to facilitate shipment arrangements.
