Your tasks:

• Creation and development of individual logistics solutions and freight offers for domestic and international business partners, customers and agents.
• Complete order processing for import air freight shipments
• Independent planning and monitoring of door-to-door transports
• Purchasing air freight and organizing truck haulage
• Preparation of all customs and transport-related documents for smooth customs clearance
• Central point of contact for customers and authorities

Your qualifications:

• Completed vocational training as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable commercial apprenticeship
• Professional experience in the air freight import business
• Structured, independent work style as well as strong organizational and communication skills
• Confident demeanor when working with clients, agents, and service providers
