• Obtaining transport quotes and processing complaints
• Customer support and creation of individual offers
• International communication with partners and service providers

Your profile:

• Completed training in the freight forwarding sector
• Previous professional experience in the freight forwarding industry is an advantage.
• Good knowledge of customs clearance
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Team-oriented, reliable work ethic as well as a communicative and engaging demeanor
