Your tasks in Air Freight Import:

• They handle the processing of worldwide air freight import shipments from order entry to invoicing.
• In this role, you coordinate pre- and post-carriage and liaise with customers, partners, agents and carriers.
• You are a reliable contact person for our customers and provide them with competent support in their day-to-day business.
• You will also create offers and calculations and keep an eye on the profitability of your shipments.
• They take care of the documentation and customs clearance and maintain all relevant shipment and customer data in our systems.
• Together with your colleagues, you contribute ideas to continuously improve workflows and processes.

Your profile as an Air Freight Import Specialist:

• You have completed an apprenticeship as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience in operational air freight import is required.
• You are proficient in using MS Office and can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems.
• Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written.
• You are characterized by an independent, structured and reliable work ethic.
• You enjoy teamwork and customer contact, and you maintain an overview even in a dynamic daily business environment.
