Overall Responsibility
The Air Freight Operations Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end operational execution and coordination of air freight shipments, ensuring each shipment is handled accurately, efficiently, safely, and within the required timelines.
The role takes operational ownership from booking confirmation through cargo collection, documentation, customs formalities, airport handover, airline acceptance, uplift, arrival, and final delivery, while coordinating closely with airlines, ground handlers, transporters, overseas agents, customers, and internal teams.
