Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Operations: Independently organize and coordinate air freight export shipments from A to Z, including booking with international airlines.
• Customs Clearance: Prepare export accompanying documents (ABD) and issue Air Waybills (MAWB/HAWB).
• Customer Service: Prepare quotations and advise customers on freight rates, transit times, and special requirements such as dangerous goods (DGR).
• Billing & Margin Control: Process incoming invoices, prepare outgoing invoices, and monitor shipment profitability.
• Communication & Coordination: Work closely with airport service providers, customs authorities, and partners across our global network.

What You Bring

• Education: Successfully completed training as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification.
• Experience: Initial or extensive professional experience in air freight export operations.
• Technical Knowledge: Good understanding of customs regulations (ATLAS) and ideally a valid IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) certification.
• Languages: Excellent German skills and business-fluent English, both written and spoken.
• Mindset: Strong sense of responsibility, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
