+ Overall responsibility as Branch Manager for the Air Freight Forwarding business at the Frankfurt location

+ Strategic and operational development of the location and ensuring the achievement of economic targets

+ Leadership, development, and motivation of directly and indirectly reporting employees (approx. 30 people)

+ Responsibility for budget planning, forecasts, and the analysis and management of relevant business and financial KPIs

+ Support of existing key accounts and assistance in developing new business opportunities

+ Close collaboration with sales, product management, controlling, and other national and international stakeholders

+ Ensuring compliance with legal requirements, quality standards, and internal guidelines

+ Continuous optimization of processes and structures to increase efficiency, productivity, and profitability
