• As our Air Import Agent you’ll play a significant role in overseeing the air import operations from our facility close to Glasgow Airport. Responsibilities will include:
• Creating, managing and maintaining the movement of imported Air freight
• Liaising with airlines and DHL offices for Air freight planning and coordination
• Ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Adhering to Customs Compliance procedures and documentation
• Being a customer point of contact for updates and addressing their enquiries
• Liaising directly with Carriers and Handling Agents to resolve issues as they arise
• Develop internal/external customer relations to grow existing business
• Follow up on growth opportunities using Quoteshop
