Description
RESPONSIBILITIES * To execute the daily air freight import operation * Execute and prepare documentations (Mawb, Hawb, Manifest, COO) * To timely update and provide accurate data as per airlines requirement in TMF system. * Update and send pre-alerts to agents * Coordinate bookings of air cargo with shippers, airlines, co-loaders, and overseas agents. * To arrange cargo collection with transporters if required. * Arrange shipment deliveries and permit declarations for air import. * Guide and assist in the Air cargo operation at the terminal if required. * Respond to all queries over phone and emails timely and with accuracy. * To communicate and coordinate with each stakeholder for efficient execution of shipments. * To perform any other duties as assigned by management. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum GCE 'O' level / NITEC / Diploma in Relevant Discipline * Knowledge of MS Office applications – Outlook, Excel, Word * Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in Air freight forwarding operations * Possess experience in air cargo clearance permit declarations * DG Certification would be an added advantage * Meticulous, organized, and willing to put the extra effort for tasks completion * Effective Interpersonal Skills * Effective communication skills - verbal and written * 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday)
