Job Description We are looking for a passionate and results-oriented Air Import Product Manager to strengthen our air product in the marketplace. In this role, you will lead operational efficiency, optimize financial performance, and drive growth while ensuring a world-class customer experience. What You Will Do: Oversee and support daily quotations and pricing requests. Ensure accurate local charges and agreements to minimize losses and maintain profitability. Build and maintain expert knowledge of air import processes including Breakbulk, Gateway, and Pricing. Lead team huddles and monthly meetings to share market insights, set goals, and manage workloads. Drive discussions during weekly sales meetings focused on air import market updates and trends. Partner with District Management to grow revenue and achieve budget targets. Collaborate cross-functionally with BNP, AJAX, CLH, and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and healthy financial performance. Support the Trade Compliance Manager in ensuring compliance training and global standards. Lead and encourage system and process improvements to increase efficiency. Conduct performance appraisals and one-on-one meetings. Stay proactive in implementing new system enhancements and supporting organizational change.
