• You will provide excellent customer service and ongoing.
• Prepare, handle and process documentation needed for air export consolidations.
• You will work and collaborate with the air export departments in the region.
• Arrange bookings with carriers; improve cargo consolidations.
• Ensure processing and delivery to the airport; constant communication with the warehouse team and truck dispatch during the consolidation process.
• Track and trace shipments; monitor vendor performance; address and resolve service irregularities.
• Help maintain relationships with vendors and internal customers.
• Maintain compliance standards, including internal procedures, external government regulations and customer requirements.
• Meet goals to support department, branch, product and our goals.
• Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday 8:00am-4:00pm
