ABOUT THE ROLE:

We’re seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our growing international freight forwarding team. Specialising in Air and Ocean Freight, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving new business across key regions while working autonomously to build and manage your pipeline.
You will be responsible for identifying, targeting, and securing new business opportunities across the UK, with a focus on import/export air and sea freight solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Proactively generate your own leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
• Secure new business in the Air & Ocean freight sector (import and export).
• Develop tailored freight forwarding solutions to meet client needs.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering ongoing support and up-selling opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
