Job Title Air - Senior Project Professional Location Samlesbury or Warton. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role Salary £47,683+ depending on experience What you’ll be doing Working within a multi-disciplined team ensuring that both the customer’s and business’ requirements and contract scope are captured and understood Establishing and managing the project schedules, clarifying handover dependencies Tracking spend and controlling project costs, implementing and utilising Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to understand history and predict future out-turn Measuring and controlling projects so that they are delivered to agreed time, cost and quality requirements, regularly reviewing and reporting on progress against plan Developing and maintaining key relationships with dependency owners, customers and other stakeholders to ensure all deliverables are achieved and handed over effectively Enacting change in a controlled manner across toolsets for time, cost and scope Manage emerging risks and opportunities to the benefit of the project/programme Supporting estimating and bid processes to ensure bids meet customer needs and forecasts inform contract out-turn and annual budgeting processes Your skills and experiences Essential Experience within a similar role working on complicated projects A willingness to take on people management responsibilities within the team Ability to communicate at all levels of the organisation with strong stakeholder management experience Operated a project control system to plan work, define progress & identify programme performance issues, proposing corrective actions Ability to manage risks and opportunities Track record of achievement and delivering objectives Track record of achievement and delivering Desirable Degree or equivalent experience in a business or engineering related subject.
