YOUR ROLE

Are you detail-oriented, commercially minded, and ready to play a key role in winning air freight business? Our Air Team is looking for an experienced Air Tender Analyst where you will support the accurate and timely completion of UK and global Air RFQ submissions.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

Manage and update pricing files for local freight management RFQs, tenders and bids, ensuring competitiveness to support our win-rate targets.
Coordinate and submit RFQs (local and global) on time, escalating any challenges to the manager or product leader when necessary.
Analyse and maintain rates to ensure healthy net revenue and identify best practices across our operations.
Provide strategic solutions for key air freight movements, both direct and indirect, from the UK.
Maintain global rate records in CEVA systems, following best business practices.
Partner with the operations and onboarding teams to ensure the smooth implementation of new business.
Keep accurate records of air tender wins and losses, considering outcomes and lessons learnt.
