Description

Parmar Tourism LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Flight Ticket Booking Executive to join our dynamic team. This role involves handling flight reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring seamless travel experiences for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flight Reservations: Book, rebook domestic and international flight tickets using Global Distribution Systems (GDS).
  • Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries regarding flight schedules, fares, and availability via phone, email, or in person.
  • Ticketing Services: Issue and reissue tickets, process cancellations and refunds, and manage seat allocations.
  • Fare Calculation: Calculate fares, taxes, and fees, applying promotional offers and discounts as applicable.
  • Documentation: Verify and process travel documents such as passports, visas, and travel insurance.
  • Sales and Upselling: Promote additional services like seat upgrades, travel insurance, and ancillary products to enhance the customer experience.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to airline regulations, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions; generate reports on ticketing activities and customer feedback

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
