We manage premium holiday homes and serviced apartments in Dubai, providing guests with a 5-star stay experience. To maintain our quality standards, we’re looking for a reliable and guest-friendly Operations Executive to oversee check-ins, check-outs, and day-to-day apartment readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct post check-out inspections (appliances, damages, missing items)
  • Supervise cleaning team and ensure apartments meet cleanliness standards.
  • Meet guests for check-in, hand over keys, and explain apartment features.
  • Assist guests with minor issues during their stay (WiFi reset, small fixes).
  • Coordinate with maintenance vendors (electrician/plumber) when required.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication.
  • Presentable, polite, and guest-service oriented.
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
  • Basic handyman knowledge (small fixes).
  • Previous hospitality/short-term rental experience.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
