The Role (The "Guest Ready" Standard) The 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM window is the most critical part of the guest experience. Your mission is to ensure every check-in is flawless: High-Speed Turnover: Comprehensive cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas within the standard turnover window. Breezeway Checklists: You are required to use the Breezeway App for every turn. This includes following property-specific checklists and taking required photos to verify your work. Linen & Staging: Executing hotel-quality linen resets and staging (fluffing pillows, arranging amenities, and verifying "The Brighthouse Look"). Stocking & Reporting: Replenishing guest essentials and reporting any maintenance needs or property issues immediately via the app. Requirements Experience: Minimum of 2 years of professional Airbnb cleaning or hotel housekeeping experience is required. Technology: Must have a smartphone with reliable service and be comfortable using the Breezeway App for every project. Equipment: As an independent contractor, you must provide your own professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment. Availability: Strong preference for those available for weekend turnovers (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday). Reliability: A valid driver’s license and a reliable, insured vehicle are required for travel to downtown property locations.
