We are currently looking for an Airbnb Virtual Assistant to join our team and assist a US-based company in managing their short-term rental properties. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere, while collaborating with a dynamic team committed to providing outstanding service to property owners and guests alike.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, preferably in the hospitality industry or with Airbnb.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using property management software and online booking platforms.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Strong customer service orientation and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with market research tools and marketing strategies for rental properties.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong emphasis on quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Flexibility to accommodate varying schedules and time zones as needed.
  • Knowledge of the Airbnb landscape and best practices for property management is a plus.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee the management of Airbnb listings, including pricing adjustments, availability updates, and optimization of property descriptions.
  • Provide timely responses to guest inquiries and booking requests while maintaining a high level of customer service.
  • Coordinate cleaning schedules and maintenance tasks between guests and service providers to ensure properties are in prime condition.
  • Assist in the check-in and check-out processes for guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience.
  • Collect and analyze guest feedback to implement improvements and enhance guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain meticulous records of bookings, finances, and guest communications.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and maximize rental income.
