Description JOB TITLE: Airboats Assembler JOB SUMMARY The Airboats Assemblers are responsible for assembly of the airboat from start to finish. POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS Must be able to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted 2+ years of experience working with hand and power tools PREFERRED SKILLS: Knowledge of automobile assembly Problem solving skills Strong communication skills Dependable and punctual CORE DUTIES Install engines, drive units, radiators, pipes, bilge pumps, and hoses onto airboats Communicate with teams on priorities and quantities of parts Maintain a clean and safe assembly area HOURS 1st shift position Monday through Friday, 6:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. Overtime as needed SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession. The assembler is responsible for the complete assembly of airboats, including installing engines, drive units, and various plumbing components. They must also coordinate with team members to manage production priorities and maintain a safe, clean workspace.
