FILINVEST COMPANY: CRIMSON RESORT & SPA MACTAN JOB SUMARRY: In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa Mactan, under the direct supervision of the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor, the Aircon Technician will carry out the actual maintenance, check-up, repair of AC & REF either in guest rooms and public areas in order to achieve by the maximum standard in delivering various engineering services required by the operation. To properly monitor and logs all necessary data of his responsibility for maintenance purposes. JOB DESCRIPTION: Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for AC and Refrigeration systems. Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently. Attends educational seminars. Maintains knowledge on technological updates in the industry. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions. Ensures all equipment are all in good working Condition with minimal breakdown Immediately reports any equipment defects to the Repair and Maintenance Supervisor Ensures good housekeeping and orderliness of all working areas Review all works done related to repair and maintenance of equipment according to Crimson standard
Responsibilities
The Aircon Technician is responsible for carrying out the actual maintenance, check-up, and repair of AC and refrigeration units in guest rooms and public areas to meet operational standards. This role also requires properly monitoring and logging all necessary data related to maintenance activities.
