Reporting to the Aircraft Appearance Manager, your role will be to oversee the standards demonstrated by easyJets 3rd party supplier network of cleaners (both internal and external), cabin appearance teams, MROs and livery specialists who support easyJets growing fleet of 300+ Aircraft. Your role will also be to continuously review training strategies and to develop and implement training for third party contractors and internal departments. The role will pay a pivotal part in improving standards and ensuring consistencies throughout the network.
Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team. The successful candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, working within challenging time scales across a European network with multiple suppliers. Attention to detail and a keen focus on cost management are essential attributes for this role. A thorough understanding of both Part M and Part 145 regulations is required to ensure compliance and uphold industry standards. Excellent written and oral communication skills are vital for effective collaboration and relationship-building. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs is expected, and knowledge of AMOS software would be advantageous. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of supplier and commercial offerings across UK and European cabin interior and cleaning providers, enabling informed decision-making and strategic supplier management. The ability to develop and manage relationships with various suppliers, both internal and external, is key to achieving successful outcomes in this role.
