Aircraft Detailing Lead - Van Nuys, CA JOB TITLE: Aircraft Detailing Lead TYPE: Full Time (40 hours per week) PAY: $26.25 per hour SHIFT: Open/flexible availability is desired (Monday - Sunday) 8am to 5pm shift- 5 days a week, days will vary LOCATION: Van Nuys Airport (VNY) & travel to surrounding Immaculate Flight locations with the use of a company vehicle Company Overview Immaculate Flight is the nation's largest privately-owned aircraft detailing company. Job Summary Immaculate Flight Lead Detail Technicians will assist with the overall day-to-day operations in their location. They will ensure safety, compliance, quality control, execution of standard operating procedures, and implementation of the organization’s mission and talent strategy for your location. Essential Functions Aircraft Detailing: • In the absence of Location Supervisor, you will execute and oversee all aspects of the aircraft detailing process, including interior cleaning and sanitization, as well as exterior detailing and polishing. • Follow detailed cleaning, safety and quality checklists to maintain consistency and thoroughness. • Ensure cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored. • Complete all safety and training modules Quality& Safety Assurance • Establish and enforce strict quality and safety standards for all aircraft under your supervision. • Inspect aircraft interiors and exteriors to identify and address any areas needing additional attention pre and post detailing. • Assist with regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company policies and industry best practices. • Report any issues or discrepancies to your Supervisor or Operations Manager [or Asst. Ops if applicable] • Job duties may expand as experience grows Required Skills & Behaviors • Must be an outstanding communicator. • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects. • High level of Interpersonal and verbal communication skills. • Proficient at all detailing services available within Immaculate Flight.
