Description

AERIUS LEASING is an ambitious boutique aircraft leasing firm based in Singapore, with an expertise in helicopters and light aircraft. We work with operators worldwide to deliver creative leasing and financing solutions. We’re growing fast – and we’re looking for an Aircraft Leasing Transaction Manager to drive the execution of our deals and keep complex transactions running seamlessly.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

First and foremost, we’re looking for a personality – someone with a genuine interest in aviation and a drive to be part of building the next big thing. There’s no single perfect background for this role. You likely bring 3–6 years’ experience in aircraft leasing, asset finance, corporate banking, or general/aviation law. Perhaps you’ve worked in a highly regulated industry and enjoy the challenge of closing complex deals while delivering outstanding customer satisfaction. Or maybe your background is more technical or project-oriented, with experience in aviation, shipping, or automotive sectors. What matters more than educational background or experience is your attitude and eagerness to take on a role where you’ll be challenged across contractual, project management, and operational aspects!

  • Manage stakeholders: lessees, banks, investors, aviation authorities, lawyers, technical advisors – all of them, all in one day.
  • Oversee documentation and delivery: lease agreements, financing docs, closing checklists, Conditions Precedents.
  • Keep transactions on track: milestones, timelines, and no loose ends.
  • Support risk management and process improvements as we scale.
