Job Description The AME will be reporting to the Chief Engineer and his duties will include : Planning and performing aircraft maintenance; Ensuring that all replacement parts are inspected and properly certified prior to installation; Assuring compliance with all company policies and procedures; Organizing and housekeeping of the hangar facility; Performing related duties as assigned by supervisor. Qualifications We are looking for contract AMEs with the following qualifications: Experience and ability to repair and maintain an aircraft in a polar environment. Must hold a valid Canadian AME License with M1 and/or M2 rating; Must hold or be eligible to hold Aircraft Certification Authority (ACA) on the AS350B2 and/or AS350B3; The ability to provide assistance in the preparation of sling loads will be considered an asset. Good communication skills (English and/or French); Additional Information Location: Antarctica SCHEDULE ROTATIONS: November 2026 – March 2027 Period Anticipated tour lengths available: From 0 to 60 days; From 0 to 90 days and more.
