WHO WE ARE:

Embark on a journey where your contributions truly matter, collaborating with a vibrant and diverse team dedicated to redefining the frontiers of innovation and excellence.
At Boeing Defence Australia, a proud wholly owned subsidiary, we are at the forefront of shaping the future of aerospace, delivering critical sustainment programs for the Australian Defence Force that are vital to our nation’s security.
You will be part of a dynamic, engaging, and authentic team that takes pride in the impactful work we do for the Australian Defence Force.
A career with Boeing means joining a global leader in the aerospace industry—where, with us, the sky is just the beginning of your potential.

YOU DON’T NEED A BACKGROUND IN DEFENCE AVIATION TO BE SUCCESSFUL! WE ENCOURAGE ALL MEMBERS OF THE AVIATION TRADES INDUSTRY TO APPLY. IF YOU HOLD FIXED OR ROTARY WING QUALIFICATIONS AND HAVE EXPERIENCE IN GENERAL, CIVIL, OR DEFENCE AVIATION, WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU.

We understand the importance of work-life balance, which is why we offer a flexible work pattern with day and evening shift rotations. Plus, you’ll have the chance to travel for initial training in beautiful locations like Nowra, Brisbane or Sydney - fully funded by us. Your role will involve hands-on aircraft flight-line handling, servicing avionics and components, ensuring compliance with maintenance documentation, and fostering a culture of safety in the workplace.
To thrive in this position, you should possess a Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics) and a knack for building strong relationships within your team. While a current B2 MAML is a plus, your previous experience with Rotary Wing Aircraft and completion of an H135 T3H Aircraft Type course will set you apart.
Health and safety are our top priorities, and you’ll be expected to champion these standards by following Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) policies and procedures.
We’re looking for a team player with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to task management. A willingness to learn and a passion for working in a close-knit team that upholds our carefully crafted positive culture are essential for success in this role. Join us and be part of something extraordinary!
