EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (Avionics)
  • Proven knowledge of Aviation Quality Assurance (QA) procedures and the DASR 145 Aircraft Maintenance Regulatory Framework.
  • Previous experience as a maintenance certifier or trade supervisor, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to foster productive working relationships, ensuring team and organizational goals are met.
  • Solid understanding of Environmental, Health, and Safety procedures, along with experience in computer-based maintenance management systems.
Responsibilities

As an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME), you’ll manage the maintenance, modification, and troubleshooting of aircraft systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Your work will ensure that the Chinook fleet remains operational and ready for critical missions. You’ll perform various maintenance activities, certify work, and mentor junior technicians, helping to build a skilled workforce in a challenging and rewarding environment.
