Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Aircraft Mechanics Engineer to ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of our fleet. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft mechanics, a commitment to safety, and a passion for aviation. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or degree in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering, Aviation Mechanics, or a related field.
  • Valid Transport Canada AME license - category M1 and/or M2, Apprentices are also welcome
  • Strong understanding of aircraft systems, engines, and mechanical components.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.

  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, identifying and resolving malfunctions efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all aircraft systems are functioning optimally and meet safety standards.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the flight operations team to ensure timely aircraft availability.
  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and advancements in aircraft technology.
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and protocols while working on aircraft.
