Job Description Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on commercial aircraft, ensuring continued airworthiness and safety in line with Part-145 regulations, documentation, and company procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform line and/or base maintenance in accordance with AMM, IPC, SRM, WDM, MEL. Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, avionics, hydraulic, pneumatic, and flight control systems. Perform inspections, defect rectification, component replacement, and functional tests. Support A-checks, C-checks, aircraft input/output, and AOG activities. Complete maintenance documentation and technical log entries. Support audits and continuous improvement initiatives. Apply safety, quality, and human factors principles; escalate airworthiness/safety concerns as required. Qualifications Aircraft Maintenance Technician qualification. EASA Part-66 AML (Category A / B1 / B2). Airbus type rating – A320 mandatory (widebody type rating is a plus). Experience within Part-145 MRO or airline operations. Education 2–3 years Higher Education Diploma: Aircraft Maintenance (or equivalent). 4–5 years Higher Education Diploma: Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (advantage). Skills Technical Airbus aircraft systems knowledge. Ability to interpret technical documentation and schematics. Experience with maintenance tracking systems (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, RAMCO). Additional Information Behavioural Strong safety & quality mindset; attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure; teamwork and communication skills. Preferred / Additional Training (Nice to Have) Airbus Type Training, Human Factors, EWIS, Fuel Tank Safety Phase 1 & 2, SMS.
