Aircraft Maintenance Technicians are responsible for inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, modifying, and maintaining Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft. All work must be performed in accordance with manufacturer specifications, FAA and FOCA regulations, industry standards, and company-approved procedures, while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Essential Duties/Responsibilities Perform inspections, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on Pilatus PC-12 and PC-24 aircraft in accordance with approved data and procedures Execute aircraft maintenance tasks safely, accurately, and in compliance with manufacturer instructions, FAA regulations, and company policies Inspect incoming aircraft and components in accordance with FAA Certified Repair Station Manual requirements Perform ground operational checks and ground runs to verify aircraft system functionality before and after maintenance activities Accurately document work performed, discrepancies noted, corrective actions taken, and parts used in work orders, job cards, and production records Maintain accurate daily timecard entries reflecting time spent on assigned tasks Stay current on applicable airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and service letters Maintain and properly use personal tools, test equipment, and ground support equipment Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment and comply with all safety policies and PPE requirements Promote company policies and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented work environment Complete all required paperwork including work orders, tags, timecards, parts requests, and training documentation Role Levels Aircraft Maintenance Technician I Entry level technician supporting maintenance activities under supervision Development of aircraft systems knowledge and maintenance skills Aircraft Maintenance Technician II Independent performance of maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities Support and guidance provided to junior technicians Aircraft Maintenance Technician III Advanced troubleshooting of complex aircraft systems Technical resource for maintenance team and support for work prioritization Requirements Qualifications/Requirements Aircraft Maintenance Technician I Ideal candidate will have 0 to 3 years of experience performing aircraft maintenance tasks under supervision FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) certificate required High school diploma or GED required Pilatus PC-12 and or PC-24 experience strongly preferred Inspection Authorization (IA) preferred Relevant military aircraft maintenance experience accepted Proficient with hand tools and basic test equipment Computer proficiency including Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Willingness to work overtime or off-site as operationally required Willingness to travel to different PilUSA service center locations for training, as required Ability to lift up to 40 pounds, climb ladders or stairs, and work in confined spaces Aircraft Maintenance Technician II In addition to the skills/experience/requirements listed for Aircraft Maintenance Technician I, the ideal candidate for Aircraft Maintenance Technician II will also have the following required skills and experience: Ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of demonstrated experience independently performing aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for mechanical and basic electrical systems Increased proficiency with aircraft systems including airframes, engines, hydraulics, and electrical components Demonstrated ability to guide and support junior technicians Proficient with specialized test equipment Aircraft Maintenance Technician III In addition to the skills/experience/requirements listed for Aircraft Maintenance Technician II, the ideal candidate for Aircraft Maintenance Technician III will also have the following required skills and experience: Ideal candidate will have 4 to 7 years of strong and demonstrated experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex aircraft systems Strong understanding of advanced mechanical and electrical systems Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, service bulletins, and maintenance documentation High level of technical judgment, attention to detail, and commitment to quality What We Offer 11 paid holidays a year, plus 15 days of paid vacation time, and 6 days of paid sick/personal time to start with an increase to 20 days of paid vacation time after 5 years with Pilatus 90% of medical, dental, and vision premiums paid for single coverage and 80% for family coverage, averaging $9,600 annually Monthly health savings account (HSA) contributions totaling $2,250 for single coverage and $3,000 for family coverage annually 401(k) retirement plan matching up to 6% Life and long-term disability insurance premiums paid in full Tuition assistance available annually after the first year The pay range is $27.00 - $43.00 per hour depending on experience.
