AVIATION MECHANIC (A&P) – CITATION X EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Jet Excellence, a growing Part 135 charter company specializing in passenger service with a fleet of Citation X’s, is currently hiring A&P Mechanics at our Raleigh Executive Jetport (TTA) maintenance facility in Sanford, North Carolina.
We’re looking for experienced A&P-certified mechanics who are motivated, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality aircraft maintenance and customer service.
For candidates who are not local to the Sanford, NC area, we are offering an 8 days on / 8 days off rotation for mechanics who prefer a scheduled travel arrangement. Team members on this schedule will work at our Sanford, NC facility for 8 days, then be airlined home for their 8 days off. A housing stipend is included to support living arrangements during your time on rotation.

• Perform troubleshooting, inspections, repairs, and modifications on aircraft systems, including electrical and avionics
• Follow FAA regulations, manufacturer specifications, and company procedures
• Support the maintenance facility and mobile AOG (Aircraft on Ground) response teams
• Work under the guidance of the Lead Mechanics and Director of Maintenance
• Keep detailed maintenance records and stay accountable for the aircraft in your care
• For experienced candidates: supervise technicians, support scheduling, and lead technical performance
