Role Conditions

  • Shift Pattern: Monday – Thursday (7am – 7pm)
  • Rate: £40 ph
  • IR35 Status: Inside

About the Role
On behalf of our client, a leading organisation in the aviation industry, we are currently recruiting for an Aircraft Mechanic to support their heavy maintenance activities on their long haul and short haul aircraft. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic environment with a strong focus on safety, compliance, and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • To undertake any tasks within the maintenance operation that is in line with your individual skills, experience and training.
  • To ensure quality is consistently sustained, in line with the clients requirements
  • Ensure full compliance with Health and safety, airworthiness, quality and clients procedures.

Candidate Requirements
Essential:

Qualifications –

  • Diploma Certificate
  • Initial Human Factors
  • Human Factors refresher (if initial expired)
  • Initial EWIS 1&2
  • EWIS 1&2 refresher (if initial expired)
  • Initial FTS 1&2
  • FTS 1&2 refresher (if initial expired)
  • SMS certificate

Experience

  • A minimum of 12 months experience in Base maintenance since qualifying as an Aircraft Mechanic
  • Right to work in the location

Desirable:

  • Experience working base maintenance on A320 aircraft
